You give us your phone numbers as part of the application process, and you permit us to contact you via phone, email, and text messages when you sign the rental application and again when you sign the lease agreement. As a tenant, we use text (SMS/MMS) messages to communicate with you or to receive communications from you. These text messages are an integral part of our communications, and we handle your data with the utmost responsibility. We do not sell or share your data, ensuring your security and privacy.
We use phone calls, emails, and text messages to let you know about your application status and your tenancy, including but not limited to rent payment issues, maintenance schedules, and other typical communications in a renter-landlord relationship.

After we call you and discuss your request, we will remove your text message link from the contact information on file if you still want no more text messages sent to you.
